Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the
next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March next then to Answ.r
unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalf on Account
of his Committing fornication with the afd Elizabeth Beale wherewith he
Acknowledges himself to be Content

    And also at the Same time came David Ford of Kent County Planter
and in his proper person Acknowledged himself Indebted to the right Hon.rble
the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be paid to his Said
Lord Ship his heirs and Successors to be made and leveyed on his body goods
and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if the afd David Cole
Shall not appear at next Court to be held at our Court House in the Town of
Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next to Answ.r unto what
Shall be objected against him the Said David Cole on his Lord Ships behalf on
Account of his Committing fornication with the afd Elizabeth Beale wherewi
and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledged
himself Content

    Ordered by the Court that Information be Exhibited by M.r Tench Francis

Gleaves of the Same County Wheel wright and John
Keating of the Same place Planter and John Gleaves of the Same place wheel
wright personally came before me the Subscriber one of the Right Hon.ble
the Lord prop.rs Justices of the peace for the County afd to keep assigned and
Acknowledged to owe unto the Said Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry viz.t

    The afd John Keating and John Gleaves Ten pounds Sterl Each good &
Lawfull Money of Great Brittaine of their goods & Chattles Seperately to be
made & Leveyed for the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors afd
Default be made n the Condition under written

    The Condition of this Recognizance is Such that if the above named
William Charem be and personally before his Lord Ships Justices at Chester
