at last November Court for the appearance at the then next March Court following
and was at the Same Court to answer unto the afd Informacon but the Same John
Davison made Default

    And now here at this Court to wit the third tuesday in June being the twentieth
day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty two Came the
afd John Crackneale and to Save himself from the forfeiture of the Recognizance
afd Saith that he will pay the fine for the farnication afd and also pay the
fees to the officers of this Court on occation of the premisses afd  Therefore
it is Considered by the Justices here to wit the Same day last mentioned That
the Same ^be^ find the Sum of thirty Shillings Current money &c.a  And also pay
the Sum of Three hundred and twenty five                    pounds of Tobacco costs
accrueing on the premisses afd to the Officers of this Court
Ordered by this Court here that M.r John Gresham take the fine afd and So
Credit the County with the Same

afd John Evans and prayd that he might have Sum.s for
John Ambrose and John Sutton which was ordered and
James Gallaway desired Sum.s for Cap.t Walter Daughty
& John Ambrose And upon the Same James Gallaway was Sworn Walter
Daughty as afd John Ambrose as afd John Sutton as afd upon the hearing
of the whole matter There app.rs no cause of Complaint and thereupon this Court
orders the Same to be disch.d
