or any other the good people of his Said Lordships by assault or any
other wages whatsoever in Breach and prejudice of his Lordships
peace the afd Edward in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling and the
afd Robert Green and John Devonish in the sum of ten pounds
Sterl like mony Each for themselves as afd Do hereby acknowledge
themselves to owe and be justly Indebted unto his Ldship to his
heirs and Successors to be raised and Leveyed for the use of the
Lord proprietor of their Lands and Tenements Goods and Chattles of
them or any or either of them in case it Shall happen the afd Edward
to fail in any part of the premisses and thereof to be Lawfully
Convicted wherewith they are all Content taken before

    And now here at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester
in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the twentieth day of Said
Month Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three two
came the afd Edward Cossons jun.r in his proper person and Appeared
to the afd Recognizance and prayed the same might be disch.d as also his
Suretys Ordered by this Court here That the Same recognizance and
his Suretys for his appearance be disch.d  The afd Edward Cossons junr
in the Sum of Twenty pds Sterling is by this Court here discharged There
being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Robert Green and John Devonish
his Suretys in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling are by this Court also
Discharged

    Kent County fs.  Be it Remembred that on the Seventeenth day of ffebruary
in the Eighteenth Year of the Dominion of the right Hon.ble the Lord proprietor
of the province of Maryland &c.a personally appeared before me Fred.k Hanson
one of his Lord Ships Justices of the peace for the said County Abraham
Lake and Thomas Aires and did Acknowledge themselves to justly Indebted
to his Ld Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterl
to be Leveyed on their Goods and Chattels for the use of the Said Lord p.rp.r
Conditionally that if the afd Abraham Lake do make his personall
appearance before his Lordships Justices of his Ld Ships Court to be

next to give in Evidence in behalf the said Lord prop.r against a
Certain Edward Cossons in an assault made on the Body of Elizabeth
Aires Then the above Recognizance to be void otherwise to Stand
