to the Sherrif of Kent County that he take John
Rogers of Shrewsbury Parish in the County afd planter if he
Should be found in his bailywick and him Safe keep So that he have his body
before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town
of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June then next ensuing to Answ.r
unto a Certain Information Exhibited in our Said Court against him the Said John for
want of repairing the high amending clearing and Grubing of the Roads he
was overseer of &c.a  And that the Same Sherrif have at the Said Court the
Same Writ &c.a

    Att which Said Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth
day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and
thirty three the day of Return of Said Writt Came John Grisham Gentl
Sherrif of Said County and made return to the Court here thereof endorsed
as foll viz.t Cepi Corpus                    p John Gresham Sherff

    Kent County fs.t  Be it Remembred that Tench Francis Gentl attorney
of the right honourable the Lord proprietary that now is who for the
