against Mary Obryan then this recognizance to be void otherways to Stand

    At which Said Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the Town of
Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of
Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three
came The afd Mary Sherburn and in her proper person appeared according to
the tenour of her recognizance and prayd also might be disch.d from the
Same  Ordered by this Court that the Same Recognizance be discharged as
prayd  Mary Sherbourn her recognizance taken in the Sum of tenn
pounds Sterling as afd is by this Court here discharged

    Kent County April 17.th 1733  Memorandum that this day William Drury
personally appeared before me one of his Lordships the Lord proprietarys
Justices of the Said County and Acknowledged himself to Stand and be indebted
to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds
Sterling money to be Leveyed on his Lands and Tenements goods and
Chattles Conditionally that if he make his personall appearance at
the next Court to be held for the Said County on the third tuesday of
June then next to give his Evidence in behalf of his Lordship ag.st
a Certain Mary Obrien wife of Laughlin Obryan of Chester Town Joyner
then this recognizance to be void otherways to Stand be & remain in
full force power & Virtue in Law                        C.s Hynson

    Att which Said Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in
the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the
nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven
hundred and thirty three Came the afd William Drury and in her
proper person present in Court appeared and prayed he might be
discharged from the Same Recognizance  Ordered by this Court
that the afd Recognizance be disch.d  William Dureys Drury
his recognizance taken in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money
as afd is by this Court here dischd &c.a

    Kent County fs  The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now
is for the body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do present that Mary Obryan
of S.t Pauls Parish in the County afd the wife of Laughlin Obrien the
tenth day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and three
at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court
and upon a Certain mary Sherburn in the peace of God and of the
Said Lord Proprietary then and there being with force and Arms
an assault did make and her the Said Mary Sherburn then and
