    Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in
Said County on the third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of Said Month
Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three  In the nineteenth Year
of the Dominion of Charles absolute Lord and proprietarie of the provinces
of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a

Francis Gent. attorney of the right honourable
the Lord prop.ry that now is for the County afd
who for the Same Lord prop.ry in this part prosecuteth
doth come here into Kent County Court before William Frisby Esq.r and his
associates his Lordships Justices of the Same County Court to wit at Chester Town
in the afd County the Sixteenth day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and thirty and for the Same Lord prop.ry doth give the Court here to understand
and be informed that Charles Smith late of Saint Pauls Parish in the County
afd planter the tenth day of November Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred &
thirty and for many years next before always hitherto was a Constant
inhabitant resident and Commorant in the Same Parish and County
within the Jurisdicion of this Court and that the afd Charles the Same tenth
day of November did inter marry and get his marriage Solemnized
with Mary Laskey which Said Mary the Same tenth day of November in
the year afd and for many years next before always hitherto was a
Constant inhabitant resident and Commorant at the Same Parish and
County within the Jurisdicion afd (in a Neighbouring colony to this
province of Maryland to wit in the province of Pensilvania and out of
this Province of Maryland against the peace of the Said Lord prop.ry
and now is his good rule and Government and against the form of the
Act of Assembly in that case made and provided &c.a  Wherefore the afd
