396                          August Court 1733

    Att which Said next Court being the third tuesday in August
being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand
Seven hundred thirty two Came againe the afd Charles Smith
in his proper person and the afd Lord prop.ry by his att.ry afd and
the Same Charles Smith as before defends the force and Injury
when &c.a and prays further liberty to Imparle and plead to the
Information afd untill the third tuesday in November then next
ensueing which is granted &c.a

    Att which Said next Court being the third tuesday in November
being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand
Seven hundred thirty two Came againe the afd Charles Smith in
his proper person and the afd Lord prop.ry by his att.ry afd and the
Same Charles Smith as before defends the force and Injury when
&c.a and prays further liberty to Imparle and plead to the Information
afd untill the third tuesday in March then next ensueing which
is granted &c.a

    Att which Said next Court being the third tuesday in March being
the twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven
hundred thirty two Came againe the afd Charles Smith in his proper
person and the afd Lord prop.ry by his att.ry afd and the Same Charles
Smith as before defends the force and Injury when &c.a and prays
further liberty to Imparle and plead to the Information afd untill the
third tuesday in June then next ensueing which is granted &c.a

    Att which Said next Court being the third tuesday in June being the
nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven
hundred thirty three Came againe the afd Charles Smith in his
proper person and the afd Lord Proprietary by his att.ry afd and the
afd came Standing for tryal the afd Charles Smith ^in his proper person^ please to wit

    And the afd Charles Smith in his proper person comes and defends
the force and injury when &c.a and prays hearing of the Information afd
and it is read unto him in these words following viz.t Kent County fs
Memorandum that Tench Francis Gentl attorney of the right honourable
the Lord prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the Same Lord
prop.ry in this part prosecuteth doth come hereinto Kent County Court
before William Frisby Esq.r and his associates his Lordships Justices
at the Same County Court to wit at Chester Town in the afd County the
Sixteenth day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty
and for the Same Lord prop.ry doth give the Court here to understand
