    And the afd Thomas Kerson being Solemnly called Came not but made Default
And The afd Henry Trulock and Henry Barber being Likewise Solemnly called to
bring in the body of the afd Thomas Kerson according to the tenor of their Recognizances

 Kent County fs  Before me the Subscribers one of his Lordships
Maryland           Justices of the peace for Said County came Elizabeth
Evans of Kent County Single woman and Acknowledged herself
indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry his heirs and
Successors in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling to be Levied on
her body Goods or Chattles Lands or Tenements upon Condition that if she doth not
make her personal appearance at the next Court to be held for County afd on the
third tuesday in March next then & there to testifie in behalf of his Lord
Ship against a Certain Benjamin Cleaver of Said County Planter for his begitting
on the body of her the Said Elizabeth with stand that She now goes with and
then & there to abide the Judgment of the Said Court wherewith She is Contented
        Taken before me this 1.st day January 1733

    Jan.ry 1.st 1733 William Taylor of Kent County Planter Recognizes in the Sum
of Ten pounds Sterling for the appearance of Elizabeth Evans at the above said
Court to be held as afd on the day afd as an Evidence for the Said L.d prop.ry as afd
wherewith he is Contented Taken before me the day & year afd above afd

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town
of Chester in Said County on the Third tuesday in March being the Nineteenth day of
Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the
afd the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry by Tench Francis attry of the Same Lord pro.ry
in the afd County Court and prayed that the afd Elizabeth Evans might be Called to
Answer unto the afd Recognizance Crime of fornication and to give Evidence as afd
according to the Tenor of the Recognizance afd  And The afd Elizabeth Evans
being Solemnly called Came not but made Default    And the afd William
Taylor being Likewise Solemnly called to bring in the body of the afd Elizabeth
Evans according to the tenor of his Recognizance afd But the afd Elizabeth
Evans made Default
