    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in
Said County on the third tuesday being the Nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One
Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came The afd Mary Hall and in her proper person
appeared and prayed that the afd Recognizance for her appearance might be discharged the
Same Recognizance is ordered by this Court here to be discharged  The afd Mary
Hall her Recognizance being taken as afd in the Sum of five pounds Sterling is by this Court
here discharged There being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Be it Rembred that on the twenty Sixth day of February Anno Dom. One Thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three Came before me One of the Right Honourable the Lord
Proprietaries his Justices for Kent County in the Province of Maryland to keep the peace
assigned George Whitehead of Kent County Planter and acknowledged himself Indebted to
the right Honourable the Lord proprietarie in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money of
Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his Body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if he
Should not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County at
the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next
then and there to Give his Evidence on his Lordships behalf against a Certain Margaret
Jones Concerning her breaking the House of a Certain Jonathan Wherewith the Same
George Whitehead Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content  In Testimony whereof
I have Sett my hand and Seal the day and year afd

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester
in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the Nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom
one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd George Whitehead and in his
proper person appeared and prayed That the afd Recognizance for her appearance might
be discharged  The Same Recognizance is ordered by this Court here to be discharged
The afd George Whitehead his Recognizance being taken as afd in the Sum of five pounds
Sterling is by this Court here discharged  There being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

Jones Concerning her breaking open his House and Stealing out of the Same House diverse goods
and Chattles of his And thereupon he acknowledges himself to be therewith Content In Testimony
whereof I have Sett my hand and Seal the day and year afd
