leveyd on his goods and Chatels Lands and tenements Conditionally that if the Said Rebeck.a
Collins Shall not appear at the next County Court in Course on the third tuesday in March
next ensueing then and there to Answer unto a Certain bill of Indictment found by the
Grand Jury for Committing a Certain felony And that in the mean time She is to be
of good behaviour &c.a Wherewith the Said Walter Acknowledges himselfe
Content &c.a

    Ordered by the Court here That the Clerk of the Indictments Exhibit an
Information against Rich.d Foulston on presentm.t of the Grand Jury for Theft
Boot

he comeing into Court appears in proper person And is ordered to
give Security for his appearance to next Court to Answ.r the Same

the Lord proprietarie in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyd to the use
of his Ldship his heirs & Successors of in Case the Sd Rich.d Shall not appear
at the next County Court to be held for said County on the third tuesday in March
next to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordship behalf
on amount of the afd Theft book and that in the mean time he is to be of good
behav.r wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe to be Content

    Likewise same EdwardWorrell Gent and Jacob Glenn Chyrurgeon and
Acknowledged themselves indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord proprietarie his
heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed on
their goods and chatels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the said Richard
Foulston Shall not make his psonall appearance at the next Court to be held at this
Court House at the time afd to answ.r afd and that in the mean time he is to be
of good behav.r wherewith they acknowledge themselves Content
