Court to be held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in
Said County on the third tuesday in August next and in the mean time

acknowledges himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in
the sume of ten pounds Sterl. money to be made and Leveyed on his
body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
