longer or shorter notice to quit than heretofore required or to
waive all such notice, provided the property to which such
contract pertains is located in any special taxing area, or incor-
porated town of Montgomery County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 561.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 274, 275 and 276 of Article 27
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Crimes and
Punishments, " sub-title "Health—Hours of Labor of Street
Car Employes, "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted Toy the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 274, 275 and 276 of Article 27 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punish-
ments, " sub-title "Health—Hours of Labor of Street Car Em-
ployes, " be and the same are hereby repealed.

Approved April 5, 1927.

CHAPTER 562.

AN ACT to repeal Section 526 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-
title "Turnpikes. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 526 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title ''Crimes and Punishments, " sub-
title "Turnpikes, " be and the same is hereby repealed.
