Register of Wills of said County, in "Wills" Liber J. P. C.
No. 29, folio 155, to the Associated Professors of Loyola Col-
lege.

150. To the devises and bequests contained in the last
Will and Testament of John Harvey Turner, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, of record in the office of the Register
of Wills of said City, in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 179,
folio 387, viz :

(a) St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Laurel, Md.

(b) Franciscan Sisters of Baltimore City.

151. To the deeds from Florus Barry to Margaret
Moore and Corporation of Roman Catholic Clergymen, the
first dated May 25, 1931, and the second dated February 28,
1933, and recorded respectively among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5221, folio 535, and S.
C. L. No. 5349, folio 221 conveying leasehold property No.
1217 N. Luzerne Ave., ground rent $42.00; reversionary in-
terest or annual ground rent of $60.00 issuing out of prop-
erty No. 601 E. Biddle St., and fee-simple property known
as No. 4309 Park Heights Avenue, all located in Baltimore,
Maryland.

152. To the deed from Bartholt H. Hubbert and wife to
Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, dated August 9,
1933, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5370, folio 201, conveying fee-
simple property on Dean Street North of Claremont, Balti-
more, Md.

153. To the deed from Edward H. Pannell to Most Rev-
erend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, a corporation sale, dated October 23, 1933, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C, L. No. 5382, folio 126 conveying fee-simple prop-
erty known as No. 401 Washburn Ave,, Baltimore, Md.

154. To the deed from John A. White and wife to Most
Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop
of Baltimore, a corporation sole, dated November 13, 1934,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5491, folio 34 conveying fee-simple prop-
erty located at the southeast corner of Kenwood Avenue and
O'Donnell Street, Baltimore Md.
