State, territory, or district of the United States under which
the insurer is organized prescribes for insertion in such
policies and policies of Health and Accident Insurance is-
sued by an insurer organized under the laws of this State
may contain when issued or delivered in any other State or
territory, district or country any provision required by the
laws of such State, territory, district or country, anything
in Section 106B of this Article to the contrary notwith-
standing.
SEC. 2. This Act shall not apply to any relief department,
or pension or annuity plan of any common carrier; nor to
any organization or association, the privileges of membership
of which are confined to employes or former employes of any
common carrier or its affiliated or subsidiary companies; nor
to any association of such common carriers which administers
such departments, plans, organizations or associations.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 76 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Publication of
Laws", to be under a new sub-title "Legal Periodicals", said
new section to be known as Section 8 and to follow imme-
diately after Section 7 of said Article, defining the publi-
cations in which legal notices and legal advertising shall
be inserted, excepting Garrett County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
76 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Publication of Laws", to be under a new sub-title "Legal
Periodicals", said new section to be known as Section 8, to
follow immediately after Section 7 of said Article, and to
read as follows:
8. As used in any law, ordinance, resolution, decree, or
order of court, the term "paper", "newspaper", "newspaper in
general circulation", "newspaper devoted to the dissemination
