APPEAL TAX COURT OF THE CITY OF

BALTIMORE— See Valuation and as-

sessment of property.

The judges of authorised to assess

and value at their full cash value all lots

of ground and improvements thereon,

&c., between Light street wharf, on the

east, Charles street, on the west, Barre

street, on the north and Welcome alley,

on the south, and to record under their

hands and seals, the assessments, &c.,

made in the proper hooks, &c. of simi-

lar property in the fifteenth ward, &c.

When said property shall have been

assessed, &c., such assessment to be

deemed the true and proper assessment,

in the same manner as if said assess-

ment had been made under the act of

eighteen hundred and forty-five, chapter

three hundred and sixty-three, and of

the ordinances of the mayor and city

council of Baltimore, and all taxes pay-

able to the State and city as well for

1747 as for subsequent years shall be

vied, &c., according to said assess-

ment, &c.
