recorded as other public roads are, and it shall then
be under the same rules and regulations as other roads
are in Cecil county; and the said court shall levy on
the assessable property of said county, the expense of
said. commissioners for so reviewing, altering, amend-
ing and surveying said road, any law to the contrary
notwithstanding.

CHAPTER 80.

1811.

An act f or the relief of Rufus Bigelow and John
G. Proud, of the city of Baltimore.

Passed Dec. 27,
1811.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the judges, or any judge of Balti
more county court be, and they, or any one of them
are hereby authorised and directed to extend to Rufus
Bigelow and John G. Proud, of the city of Baltimore,
the benefit of the act of assembly passed at November
session eighteen hundred and five, entitled, " An act
for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors, " and the
several supplements thereto, without requiring the
said Rufus Bigelow and John G. Proud to produce the
assent, in writing, of two thirds of their creditors, as
is prescribed by the provisions of the said act and sup-
plements.

An act f or the relief of William Greetham, of the
city of Baltimore.

Passed Dec. 27,
1811.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the judges of Baltimore county court
be, and they are hereby authorised and directed to
extend to William Greetham, of the city of Balti-
more, the benefit of the act of assembly passed at
November session eighteen hundred and five, entitled,
An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors, and
the several supplements thereto, without requiring
the said William Greetham to produce the assent, in
writing, of two thirds of his creditors, as is prescribed
by the provisions of the said act and supplements.

CHAPTER 82.

in mentioned, in Washington county.
