14. An act entitled, an act for the relief of Eliza Miller, widow

of Adam Miller, late messenger to the Governor.

15. An act entitled, an act to make valid a certain deed from
George Howard and Prudence Howard, his wife, to a certain
Priscilla White, in trust, for the purposes therein mentioned.

16. An act entitled, an act to enlarge the powers of the judges

of the Circuit courts and of the judge of the Superior court of Bal-
timore city, in the particulars therein mentioned.

17. An act entitled, an act to authorise the officers elected for
Baltimore county to keep their offices within the limits of the city of Baltimore.

27. An act authorising and requiring the return judges of elec-
tion for Dorchester county to make out and return to the Gover-
nor a certificate of the returns of the election of county surveyor
for said county.

28. An act to change the name of Fannie K. Thompson, of
Anne Arundel county, to that of Eleanora Thompson.

29. An act to establish the western line of district, No. 9, gene-
rally known as the Flintstone district in Allegany county.

30. An act to repeal that portion of the act of 1835, chapter
