14. An act entitled, an act for the relief of Eliza Miller, widow

of Adam Miller, late messenger to the Governor.

15. An act entitled, an act to make valid a certain deed from
George Howard and Prudence Howard, his wife, to a certain
Priscilla White, in trust, for the purposes therein mentioned.

16. An act entitled, an act to enlarge the powers of the judges

of the Circuit courts and of the judge of the Superior court of Bal-
timore city, in the particulars therein mentioned.

17. An act entitled, an act to authorise the officers elected for
Baltimore county to keep their offices within the limits of the city of Baltimore.

18. An act entitled, an act to authorise the courts of Baltimore
county to hold their sittings within the limits of the city of Bal-
timore.

19. An act entitled, an act to authorise the vestry of Emnauel
Parish to divide into burial lots the parcel of land owned by it,
known as Rose Hill Cemetery, and to sell the same and issue
certificates of title therefor.

20. An act, entitled, an act to repeal an act entitled, an act to
regulate the times of meeting of the Orphans' court of Kent coun-
ty, passed December session 1849, chapter 69, and to provide for
the future meetings of said court.

21. An act appropriating a sum of money therein named, to
pay the members, officers and contingent expenses of the present
General Assembly.

22. An act to authorise the commissioner of Baltimore county,
to pay such sum as shall be necessary to supply the office of
register of wills of Baltimore county with record books, and to
levy therefor.

23. An act to alter and change the name of John Sands Fell
Stoddard to John Sands fell.

24. An act to lay out and establish a new election district in
Somerset county, to be called district No. 11, or Potatoe Neck
district.

25. An act to change the name of Charles Carroll Tucker, of
the city of Baltimore, to Charles Tucker Carroll.
26. An act to authorise the burgees and commissioners of Em-
mittsburg, in Frederick county, to appropriate a part of their pub-
lic grounds to the use of the trustees of primary school district, No.
41, of Frederick county.

27. An act authorising and requiring the return judges of elec-
tion for Dorchester county to make out and return to the Gover-
nor a certificate of the returns of the election of county surveyor
for said county.

28. An act to change the name of Fannie K. Thompson, of
Anne Arundel county, to that of Eleanora Thompson.

29. An act to establish the western line of district, No. 9, gene-
rally known as the Flintstone district in Allegany county.

30. An act to repeal that portion of the act of 1835, chapter
35, entitled, an act to establish the Richmond market, which re-
