vings company for the purpose of making loans, collection of
notes and drafts.

pany to lend their aid or credit to the North-Western Virginia
Rail Road.

congregation of Zion's church, in Manchester, Carroll county, to
sell their interest in said church, or so much thereof as they may
deem advisable, and to purchase a lot of ground and erect a church
thereon.

314. An act requiring the banks and other incorporated mo-
neyed institutions 10 publish a list of deposits and dividend of
more than three years standing and remaining unclaimed, and to
repeal the act passed December session, 1849, chapter 136, on the
same subject.

315. An act to provide for the payment of costs in cases remo-
ved from the several courts of the city of Baltimore to the circuit
court for Baltimore county, and in cases removed from the circuit
court for Baltimore county to any of the courts of the city of
Baltimore.

316. An act to authorise the appointment of a commissioner to
take testimony, to provide for the recording of copies of wills and
other papers of which the originals were lost by the burning of the
court house in Dorchester county, and to remedy, as far as practi-
cable, the evils likely to ensue from the destruction of the records
