within thirty days after such determination, by certiorari, mandamus
or by any other method permissible under the rules and practices of
said Court, or the laws of this State, and said Court may make such
further orders in respect thereto as justice may require.,

[b] (d) (Notice to licensees) Whenever the Commission revokes
the license of any person, and no appeal to the proper court has been
filed within the time specified for such appeals, the Commission shall
then mail a written notice of such revocation to all [licensees in the
district (Baltimore City or any county) of the State in which the
person whose license has been revoked had his or her place of busi-
ness.] licensed real estate brokers under this sub-title.

(e) Where the license of a non-resident is so suspended or revoked
the Commission shall also send written notice, stating the cause for
such revocation or suspension, to the Real Estate Commission or
Licensing Authority (if any) in the state or district of which such
non-resident licensee is a resident. Such notices mailed with the
next quarterly directory as required in Section 233 of this sub-title
shall be deemed adequate notice to licensees.

233. (a) (Licenses—Directory—Reports) The Commision shall
publish annually in pamphlet form the name and business addresses
of all licensees under this sub-title and furnish copies of said pamphlet
to any person upon request. The Commission shall also publish three
supplementary quarterly directories of the names and addresses of all
licensees whose names do not appear in the annual or preceding
quarterly directory. Copy of these directories together with copy
of any rules or regulations adopted by the Commission and any educa-
tional material approved by the Commission shall be mailed to all
licensees and be made available to any other person on request.

(b) (Annual Reports) The Commission shall publish an annual
report of its activities which shall include statements of its total
receipts from license fees, total expenditures, nuntber of licenses
issued to'(1) brokers, (2) salesmen and (3) associate brokers in
Baltimore City and each of the counties, number of hearings held,
number of complaints received, number of investigations made, num-
ber of licenses (1) refused, (2) suspended or (3) revoked and such
other information as may further reflect the work of the Commission.
Such annual reports shall be sent to the Governor, the President of
the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Delegates of the State of
Maryland and be made available to others on request.

238. (Penalties.) Any person acting for himself or herself or for
or on behalf of any co-partnership or corporation, not specifically
exempted from this provision of this sub-title, who shall after June
1, 1939, engage in the business or act in the capacity of a real-estate
broker or real estate salesman within this State, without a license
or shall carry on or continue such business [or employment] as either
real estate broker or salesman
after the suspension or revocation of
any such license to him or it issued, or shall [employ] retain the serv-
ices
of any person as a real estate salesman to whom a license as a
real estate salesman had not been issued, or whose license as such
shall have been revoked or suspended shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced for
the first offense to pay a fine of not less than fifty dollars
