To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF MARY-

LAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section 210 of Article 33
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition) DO HEREBY CER-
TIFY, that at the General Election held in the State of Maryland on
November 2, 1954, an Act known as Chapter 372 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1953, was submitted to the voters of District
One, Precinct One, of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, for their
adoption or rejection under the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Acts
of 1953, said Act being as follows:

"An Act providing ambulance, rescue and life saving facilities
and equipment."

AND I DO CERTIFY, that at such election 586 votes were cast in favor
of the adoption of Chapter 372 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1953 and 178 votes were cast against the adoption of the said
Chapter 372, and a majority of the votes being cast in favor of the
adoption of the said Act, the same has, therefore, been ratified by the
voters of the First Precinct of District One of Anne Arundel County.
