(failure to Keep Records of Kennel or Pet Shop Sales) for the
owner or operator of a kennel or pet shop to fail to keep a sub-
stantially complete record of all dogs kept at a kennel or pet shop
and of essential data concerning sales or other disposition of dogs
delivered from kennels or such shops.

(Denial of Identity or of Ownership) for any person to deny his
identity to a peace officer or dog warden or other enforcement agent
in order to escape service of a summons or warrant of arrest or of
replevin for a dog.

(Injuring and Abandoning) for any person in any manner to
injure a dog and, from the circumstances reasonably presumed to be
aware of such injury, to fail to stop and give all aid possible under the
circumstances.

(Abandoning or Dropping Dogs) for any person to abandon or
leave without adequate provision for water, food or shelter or to drop
along the highway or on another person's property, a dog or puppies.

(Causing Destruction, Damage or Injury to Public Property) for
an owner or keeper of a dog to permit it to destroy, damage or injure
any shrubbery, plants, flowers, grass, lawn, terrace or any other
valuable thing in any public places, grounds, parks or cemeteries.

(Resisting an Officer) for any person to resist, hinder, or molest
the peace officer or warden or his authorized assistant while engaged
in the discharge of any duty enjoined upon him or them by any of
the provisions of this Act.

(Breaking Open Pound or Shelter) for any person to break open
or in any manner directly or indirectly to aid, counsel or advise the
breaking open of a dog collecting truck or any enclosure, pound or
shelter or any other building wherein animals are impounded under
authority of this Act.

(Refusing to Exhibit License Certificate) for the owner of any
dog claimed by him to be licensed to refuse to exhibit the license
certificate for the inspection of the Warden when demanded by him.

(Fraudulent Effort to Gain Title) for any person through any
fraudulent act to deliver to a warden or public pound a dog without
license tag for the purpose of gaining title to the same.

(Dogs Upon School Grounds) for the owner of any dog to permit
said dog on any school day to be upon the school grounds or premises
of any private, parochial, or public school of this County on leash or
otherwise.

200M. (Application of Act; Non-Liability and Saving Clause.)
This Act shall not apply to a dog owned by a non-resident ivhile
passing through the County, nor to dogs brought into the County for a
period not exceeding fifteen consecutive days, if brought in for the
the purpose of breeding, dog show or field trials, provided such dogs
are duly licensed in their home city, county or State, if a license is
there required, and are wearing their license tags or are confined in
the immediate charge of the owner or his agent.

This Act shall not apply to dogs actually confined to the premises
of incorporated societies devoted to the care or hospital treatment of
