Sub-section (2) of Section 12F, and Section 12K of Article 89 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (as enacted by Chapter 41 of the Laws of
Maryland of 1956), title 'Department of Labor and Industry', sub-title
'Labor Disputes in Public Utilities', limiting the duration of the binding
effect of ajiy determination made by an Emergency Board of Arbitration,
and pertaining to the appointment of members of said Board."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Rules.
