CHAPTER 4.

An Act for the Relief of Joshua Dorsey, of the City
of Baltimore.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the judges, or any judge of
Baltimore County Court, be, and they, or any one of
them, either in open court, or in the recess of said court,
are hereby authorised and directed to extend to Joshua
Dorsey, of the city of Baltimore, the benefit of the act
of assembly, passed at November cession, eighteen hun-
dred and five, entitled "An act for the relief of sundry
insolvent debtors, and the several supplements thereto,
without requiring the said Joshua Dorsey to produce the
assent in writing, of so many of his creditors as have due
to them two thirds, in amount, of the debts due by him,
as is prescribed by the provisions of the said act and sup-
plements.

CHAPTER 5.

Benefit of the

An Act to repeal an act entitled, "An act to encourage
the destruction of Crows in the several counties therein
mentioned," so jar as it relates to Saint Mary's and

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the act passed at November
session, eighteen hundred and seven, entitled "An act
to encourage the destruction of crows, in the several
counties therein mentioned, so far as it relates to Saint
Mary's and Harford counties, be, and the same is hereby
repealed.

CHAPTER 6.

Act of 1807, so
far as it relates
to those coun-
ties, repealed.

An act to settle and ascertain the salary of the members
of the Council, for the ensuing year.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That each member of the Council,
shall be entitled to receive, for the ensuing year, the sum
of five hundred and thirty-three dollars, and thirty-three
cents, current money, for his salary.

CHAPTER 7.

Passed Dec.
16, 1813.

An act for the relief of Ann Gentle, Sylvester Hunt,
and Alien Demar, of Prince George's county.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the justices of the Levy Court
of Prince George's county, be, and they are hereby au-
thorised and directed to assess and levy on the assessable
property of the said county, a sum of money not exceeding
thirty dollars, for the support and maintenance of Ann
Gentle; and a further sum of thirty dollars, for the sup-
port and maintenance of Sylvester Hunt; and a further
