No. 59.
RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he is hereby autho-
rised, to pay annually, in quarterly payments, to Bennet Mudd, of Charles coun-
ty, an old soldier, or his order, the half pay of a sergeant during the remainder of
his life.

ed, to pay unto John Smith, of Charles county, late a revolutionary soldier, or
to his order, annually, in quarterly payments, during life, a sum of money equal

ces during the revolutionary war.
