Senator Goldstein from the Rules Committee recommended the Bill
be re-referred to the Judicial Proceedings Committee.

House Bill No. 8—By Messrs. Boone and George R. Hughes:

Subject: "STATE ROADS", sub-title "STATE HIGHWAY CON-
STRUCTION BONDS, SECOND ISSUE", RELATING TO CONSTRUC-
