AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
SECTIONS 107 AND 387 (F) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Cecil County (1953 Edition), being Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County", sub title
"County Commissioners" SUB-TITLES "COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS" AND "TAXICABS"; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Sub-section (g) of Section 38 of Article 87 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1956 Supplement), title "Sheriffs",
sub-title "Compensation and Duties"; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Sub-section (k-a) of Section 47 of Article 25 of said
Code (1951 Edition), title "County Commissioners", sub-title
"County Treasurers"; to repeal and re-enact Sub-section (g-a) of
Section 40 of Article 10 of the Code (1951 Edition), title "Attorneys
at Law and Attorneys in Fact", sub-title "State's Attorneys"; to
add Sub-section (r) to Section 47 of Article 25 of said Code (1956
Supplement), title "County Commissioners", sub-title "County
Treasurers", to follow immediately after Sub-section (q) thereof,
AND TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 146 (I) OF ARTICLE 2B OF SAID CODE (1951
EDITION), TITLE "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES", SUB-TITLE
"BOARDS OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS", providing for an
increase in salary for RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION
AND EXPENSES OF the County Commissioners, the County
Treasurer, the State's Attorney, the Sheriff and deputy sheriffs of
Cecil County and providing for an additional deputy sheriff therein.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 107 SECTIONS 107 AND 387 (F) of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Cecil County (1953 Edition), being Article 8
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County",
sub title "County Commissioners" SUB-TITLES "COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS" AND "TAXICABS", be and it is THEY ARE
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, that Sub-section
(g) of Section 38 of Article 87 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1956 Supplement), title "Sheriffs", sub-title "Compensation
and Duties", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments; that Sub-section (k-a) of Section 47 of Article 25
of said Code (1951 Edition), title "County Commissioners", sub-title
"County Treasurers", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments; that sub-section (g-a) of Section 40 of Article 10
of the Code (1951 Edition), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys
in Fact", sub-title "States Attorneys", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted; that sub-section (r) be and it is hereby added to
Section 47 of Article 25 of said Code (1956 Supplement), title
"County Commissioners", sub-title "County Treasurers", to follow
immediately after Sub-section (q) thereof AND THAT SECTION
146 (I) OF ARTICLE 2B OF SAID CODE (1951 EDITION), TITLE
"ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES", SUB-TITLE "BOARDS OF LI-
