missioners over county roads.

Whereas, As the result of repeal of other sections relating to roads
in Queen Anne's County and the addition of new provisions, this
section has now become unnecessary and should be repealed.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 369 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title
"Roads", be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

(House Bill 462)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 354, 355 and 356 of Article 18 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County", sub-title "Register of Wills", repealing
obsolete provisions relating to the Register of Wills of Queen Anne's
County.

Whereas, Sections 354 to 356 relate to the Register of Wills
of Queen Anne's County and to his office and are now obsolete, being
superseded by the provisions of Article 93, Sections 285 through 302
of the Code of Public General Laws.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 354, 355 and 356 of Article 18 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County",
sub-title "Register of Wills", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.
