To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals of Maryland:

I, Blanchard Randall, Secretary of State of the State of
Maryland, Do certify from the records of the General Election of
1936 that Chapter 125 of the Special Session of 1936 was submitted
to the voters of Howard County, Maryland, and that 2,763 votes
were cast in favor of the adoption of Chapter 125 of the Special Ses-
sion of 1936 and 1,571 votes were cast against the adoption thereof,
therefore, Chapter 125 of the Acts of the Special Session of 1936
was ratified by the voters of Howard County, Maryland.

In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal at the City of Annapolis, this 3rd day of Jan-
uary, 1957.
