To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals of Maryland:

I, Blanchard Randall, Secretary of State of the State of
Maryland, Do certify from records contained in the Maryland Man-
ual of 1938, page 242, that Chapter 117 of the Acts of 1937, was
voted upon by the voters of Allegany County, in the General Elec-
tion of 1938, and 1,935 votes were cast for the adoption of Chapter
117 of the Acts of 1937 and 694 votes were cast against the adop-
tion thereof, therefore, Chapter 117 of the Acts of 1937 was ratified
by the voters of Allegany County.

In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal at the City of Annapolis, this 3rd day of Janu-
ary, 1957.
