Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 674 be and it is hereby added to Article 43 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Health", said
new section to be under the new sub-title "Agreements With Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary Commission", to follow immediately after
Section 673, and to read as follows:
Agreements With
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
674. That all State, County and municipal authorities and public
water, sewerage and drainage commissions within the State of
Maryland shall have full power and authority to enter into any
contracts or agreements with the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission for the connection of their water supply, sewerage and
drainage systems with those of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission, for the purchase of water from and the sale of water
to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, for the disposal
of sewage and drainage from the sewerage and drainage systems of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, for the disposal
of sewage and drainage from the sewerage and drainage systems of
agencies and authorities specified herein by the Washington Subur-
ban Sanitary Commission; and to enter into any agreement with the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission concerning any other
matter necessary, advisable or expedient for the proper construction,
maintenance and operation of the water supply, sewerage and drain-
age systems under the control of the agencies and authorities speci-
fied herein. The authority granted hereby shall be in addition to, and
shall not be construed to be limited by, the authority granted by
any other act of the General Assembly of Maryland.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 175 and
178 of Article 48 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), title "Inspections", sub-title "Boiler Rules", increasing
fees for the inspection and use of certain boilers in this State.
