An ACT for the benefit of Judith Wallace, and her children, of Charles caunty.

XXVIII.

An ACT to enable George William Weft, of Baltimore county, to fell and difpofe of the real

eftate of the late reverend William Weft, and for other purpofes therein mentioned.

XXIX.

An ACT to extend the time for the late fheriff of Montgomery county to complete his collection.

XXX.

An ACT for dividing All-Saint's parifh in Montgomery, Frederick, Wafhington, and Allegany

counties, and for erecting a parifh out of the fame called by the name of St. Peter's parifh.

XXXI.

A Supplement to an act, entitled, An act to empower the juftices of Caroline county to levy a fum

of money, by an affeffment of the property of faid county, to erect a gaol at Benton, in faid

county, and for other purpofes therein mentioned.

XXXII.

A Further fupplement to an act, entitled, An act for the relief of the fecuritrcs of John Beall,

former collector of the taxes for Prince-George's county.

XXXIII.

An additional fupplement to an act, entitled, An act directing the time, places and manner, of

holding elections for representatives of this ftate in the congrefs of the United States, and for

appointing electors on the part of this ftate for choofing a president and vice-prefident of the

United States, and for the regulation of the faid eleftions, and alfo to repeal the act of affem-

bly therein mentioned.

XXXIV.

An ACT to eftablifh the road from Baltimore-town towards Frederick-town, by Ellicott's upper

mills, as far as the Poplar-fpring, as a public road, and for other purpofes therein mentioned.

XXXV.

An ACT to open a road from Shoal's mill (now the property of John Hood) to interfeft the main

or turnpike road leading from Baltimore-town through Liberty-town, at or below the branch

of Benjamin Bennett's.

XXXVI.

An ACT to lay out and open a road to and from the mills of Jofhua Afkew, on the main falls of

Patapfco river, in Anne-Arundel county.

XXXVII.

An ACT refpefting loft certificates.

XXXVIII.

An ACT for building a new gaol in Chefter-town, Kent county.

XXXIX.

An ACT to alter and amend the act eftablifhing a market at the market-houfe in Chefter-town,

Kent county, fo far as the fame refpefts the cordage of wood.

A Further fupplement to the act, entitled, An act to enlarge the powers of the high court of

chancery.
