Senate Bill No. 7—By Senator Dorsey:
A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 171A of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, (1930 Edition), title 'St. Mary's County', sub-title 'Retirement
System', said section having been added by Chapter 624 of the Acts
of 1961, to change the age at which St. Mary's County employees re-
ceive retirement benefits and excepting certain county employees from
these benefits. "

Senate Bill No. 8—By Senator Phipps:
A Bill entitled "An Act to add new Section 16-41A to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1957 Edition, being
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title 'Anne
Arundel County', sub-title 'Police', directing the County Commissioners
of Anne Arundel County to pay the sum of Fifty ($50. 00) Dollars each
month to the parent or legal guardian of each minor child of any mem-
ber of the Anne Arundel County Police Force who died prior to June 1,
1961 as a result of accident or disease incurred or contracted while in
the actual performance of police duty and as a direct and natural result
thereof. "

Senate Bill No. 9—By Senator Phipps:
A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal Sections 8-1 to 8-18, inclusive, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1957 Edition,
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
'Anne Arundel County', sub-title 'Chapter 8. Electrical Installations',
and to enact new Sections 8-1 to 8-34, inclusive, in lieu thereof, to
stand in the place of the sections repealed, to revise the laws licensing
and regulating electricians in Anne Arundel County, to establish a
Board of Electrical Examiners and Supervisors for the county, and to
provide its powers and duties, and relating to electricians in Anne Arundel
County. "

Senate Bill No. 12—By Senator See:
A Bill entitled "An Act authorizing the County Commissioners of
Allegany County to convey to the Board of Education of Allegany County,
real property for the construction of a Junior High School when it is
determined that said property is no longer needed for County purposes,
except in the case of a cemetery. "
