sends Greeting: Know you that I Robert Devonish of the Province
gained and Sold, and by these Presents do Grant Bargaine and Sell
to his Heires and assignes for ever; all that parcell of Ground
the county abovesaid Commonly Called and knowne by the name
now in the occupation of the abovesaid Thomas Cooke: and also all
property Claime benefitt and Demand whatsoever of in and to the
ground and all and all other the premises before hereby mentioned
and the said Thomas Cooke in Consideration thereof hath oblieged
just sum of Seven Thousand Pounds of Tobacco whereof the said

Heires and assignes shall and may from time to time and at all
have hold and occupy posess and Enjoye all the Piece and parcell
