Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 164-167, inclusive, of Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-
title "Jurors", and that said sub-title, be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(Senate Bill 65)

AN ACT to legalize the 1963 edition of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Calvert County, being Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County and edited by
Carl N. Everstine, and making provision for the publication, sale
and distribution of this Code.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1963 edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert
County, being Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, published under the direction of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Calvert County and edited by Carl N. Everstine, is legal-
ized. The Code shall contain all public local laws relating to Calvert
County following the 1963 regular session of the General Assembly
of Maryland, and it shall contain the charters of the several munici-
pal corporations within Calvert County as in effect on April 1, 1963.
The Code shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of the State, by
all justices of the peace and trial magistrates of the State, and by all
other public officials of the State and of its several political sub-
divisions, to be evidence of the public local laws of Calvert County
in effect at the time of compilation.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Calvert County is authorized and directed to make
an appropriation to provide for the publication of the Code, and the
Board is further authorized to provide for the sale and distribution
of the Code.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.
