Mr. Lowe, for the Committee on Judiciary, reported favorably,
House Bill No. 56—By the Somerset County Delegation:

Subject: "INTERRACIAL COMMISSION," subtitle "DISCRIMINA-
TION IN PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS," CONCERNING THE EN-
FORCEMENT POWERS OF THE INTERRACIAL COMMISSION.

Favorable report adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered printed for its third
reading.

On motion of Mr. Lowe, duly seconded, and two-thirds of all the
members-elect voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by
yeas and nays as follows, to permit said bill to be put on third reading
