Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 211 H-4 be and it is hereby added to Article 89B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume),
title "State Roads", subtitle "Expenditure of Commission's Funds
and Programming and Scheduling of Highway Projects", to follow
immediately after Section 211 H-3 thereof, and to read as follows:

211 H-4.

The official "Twenty Year Highway Needs Study" of the State
Roads Commission is hereby amended to show the need for a bridge
across the Patuxent River from a point at or near Point Patience in
Calvert County to a point in St. Mary's County, the construction of
which is hereby authorized and directed to be undertaken as soon as
it is practicable to do so.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

Approved May 6, 1966.

(Senate Bill 469)

AN ACT to add new Section 224 (u) to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Licenses,"
subtitle "Real Estate Brokers," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 224(t) thereof; to add new Section 227A to the said Articles
of the Code, to follow immediately after Section 227 thereof; to
add new Section 229A of the said Article of the Code, to follow
immediately after Section 229 thereof; and to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, Sections 213, 214, 216 and 226 (a) of said Arti-
cle of the Code; directing the Real Estate Commission of Mary-
land to formulate and adopt a Code of Ethics for real estate
licensees, requiring real estate licensees to maintain separate bank
accounts for monies belonging to others, amending the provisions
of the law relating to the composition of the Real Estate Com-
mission of Maryland, and the terms and qualifications of its mem-
bers, and of the executive secretary thereof, relating to the dis-
position of fees collected by said Commission, and relating
generally to the functions, duties, officers and employees of said
Commission.
