State Treasurer in such bank, banks, or trust companies as may be
designated by the State Treasurer. The disbursement of the ap-
propriations in the State budget for salaries and expenses of the
Commission shall be made in accordance with regulations of the
State Comptroller's office relating thereto.
(b) The [secretary-treasurer] executive director shall provide for
the keeping of accurate books of account showing all receipts and
all expenditures, and immediately after the end of each fiscal year
of the State shall file with the State Treasurer a detailed account of
all such receipts and expenditures showing all cash balances on hand,
which account shall be accompanied by remittance of all surplus
funds on hand. The books of account shall be audited regularly by
the State Auditor.

(a) The Commission shall publish annually in pamphlet form the
names and business addresses of all licensees under this subtitle
and furnish copies of said pamphlet to any person upon request.
The Commission shall also publish three supplementary quarterly
directories of the names and addresses of all licensees whose names
do not appear in the annual or preceding quarterly directory.
[Copy] A copy of these directories together with a copy of any
rules or regulations and Code of Ethics adopted by the Commission
and any educational material approved by the Commission shall
be mailed to all licensees and be made available to any other person
on request.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That all officers and employees
of the Commission who under the terms of this Act have their posi-
tions included within the classified service of the State, and who
have served in these positions for at least six months prior to the
effective date of this Act, are included in the classified service of
the State and subject to the provisions of Article 64A of the An-
notated Code of Maryland, without the necessity for any further
examination or qualification. Any persons who have not served in
these positions for at least six months as of the effective date of this
Act and all new officers and employees from time to time in posi-
tions included in the classified service shall be subject to the regular
examination and qualifying procedures established and operating
under Article 64A of the Code.
Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.
