House Bill No. 671—By the Prince George's County Delegation.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 158
(k) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Supple-
ment) , title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Boards of License Com-
missioners," relating to the number and residents RESIDENCE of
the inspectors in Prince George's County and the manner of appoint-
ment of and the term of the Chief Inspector.

The President put the question: shall the bill pass notwithstanding
the objections of the Executive?

The President announced the veto was not sustained by roll call as
follows:

House, to wait upon His Excellency, the Governor of Maryland, and inform
him that the General Assembly will adjourn June 22, 1967 at 5 :50, sine
die, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, and to inquire
if he has any further communications to make to the General Assembly.
