(6)  Provided nevertheless and it is the Truth Intent and
       Meaning of these presents that in case the Said William
       Hunt shall not advance the said sume of one hundred
       and fifty pounds sterling for the said William Hammond
       that then and in such case these presents shall be absolutely
       void and the said William Hammond shall stand
       and be seized of all and singular the Premisses as of
       his former Estate And Provided also that if the said
       William Hammond shall and will within three years
       from the Date of these presents ship and consign so
       much tobacco to the said William Hunt as shall clear
       the sume of one hundred and Fifty pounds Sterling &
       the Lawfull Interest thereof at the rate of six pounds
       per centum per annum from the Time the said William
       Hammond shall be hindered or prevented shipping so
       much Tobacco as may raise the said sume of one hundred
       and Fifty pounds sterling and the Intrest thereof if then
       and in such case the said William Hammond shall & will
       remitt so much Money by Bills of Exchange or Otherwise
       as shall be sufficient to sattisfy and pay what his
       Tobacco shall not produce of the said Principal Money
       and Intrest then these presents and every article and
       Cause therein to be absolutely void and of none Effect
       and the said William Hammond and his heirs to be and
       stand seized of all and Singular the Premisses as of his
       and their former Estate any thing in this present Indenture
       Contained to the Contrary Notwithstanding And
       the Said William Hammond by these presents doth bind
       Himselfe his heirs executors and administrators well &
       Truly to pay the said sume of one hundred and fifty
       pounds sterling with the Lawfull Interest thereof as
       aforesaid to the said William Hunt his Executors Adm.rs
       or assignes according to the Tennor true Intent & Meaning
       of these presents In Witness whereof the said William
       Hammond to these presents hath put his hand and seale
       the Day and year first above written
