       bargained Sold assigned Set over and transferred and by these presents
       doth bargain sell assign tranferr and set over unto the said Samuel
       Preston Moore All Debts Dues and Demands due & owing unto the
       said Richard Hill from the Severall & respective persons mentioned
       in the Schedule hereunto annexed or such part of or what
       ever more than the said Several Sums in the said Schedule
       Specifyed as shall appear upon a fair Reckoning & accounting
       to be really & bona fide due from the s.d Several persons To
       have & to hold the said Severall Sums of Money to the said
       Samuel Preston Moore his Executors Administrators or Assigns
       to his & their own use And the said Richard Hill for himself
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant and
       Agree to & with the said Samuel Preston Moore his Executors
       Adm.rs & Assignes that he the said Richard Hill will not
       release & Discharge the said Debtors or any of them nor Do
       the s.d Sam.l Preston Moore from receiving the said Severall
       Sums & every Part and Parcell thereof or the real ballances due
       from the said Severall Persons in the said Schedule mentioned
       at the time of the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents And
       the said Rich.d Hill hath nominated Constituted & appointed
       & by these Presents doth nominate Constitute & appoint the
       said Samuel Preston Moore his Executors Administrators or
       Assignes his true & Lawfull Attorney or Attorneys irrevocably
       in his or their Names or in the Name of the said Hill & to
       the Use of the said Samuel Preston Moore his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assignes to ask Demand Sue for recover
       & receive the said Severall Sums & Every Part & Parcell of
       them Giving and Granting unto my said Attorney or Attorneys
       by these Presents my full & whole Power Strength and
       Authority in & ab.t the Premisses to have use & take all
       lawfull Ways & Means in his or their Names or in my
       Name for the Recovery of all & Every the said Sums & upon
       Receipt of any Such Debts Dues or Sourses of Moneys Acquittances
       or other Sufficient Discharges for me or in my name
       to make Seal & Deliver And Generally all & Every other Act
       & Acts thing & things Device & Devices in the Law whatsoever
       needfull & necessary to be done in & about the premisses
       for the recovery of all or any of the Debts or Sums of Money
       Goods or Merchandize as af.d & in my Name to do Execute and
       Perform as fully ^largely &^ amply to all intents & purposes as I myself
       might or Coud Do if I was personally present or as if the Matter
       required more special Authority then is hereby given and
       Attorney or Attorneys one or more under him for the purpose
       af.d to make & Constitute & again at Pleasure to revoke ratifying
       allowing & holding for firm & Effectual all & whatsoever my
       said Attorney or Attorneys shall lawfully Do in & about the
       Premisses by virtue of these presents In Witness whereof I have
       hereunto set my hand & seal this twenty Ninth Day of
