Ex.d This Indenture Made the fourth Day of Octo.r
       Anno Domini Seventeen hundred & thirty Seven Between
       Benjamin Berry of Prince Georges County in the Province of
       Maryland Planter of the one part and Rich.d Snowden of
       Annd.ll County Gentleman of the Other Part Witnesseth that
       the s.d Benjamin Berry for & in Consideration of the Sum of
       fifty pounds Current money of Maryland to him paid by
       the said Rich.d Snowden at or before the Ensealing & Delivery
       of these presents the Receipt whereof the said Benjamin
       Berry doth hereby Acknowledge himself to be fully Satisfyed
       Contented & paid and Every therefrom doth Acquit Exonerate
       and Discharge the s.d Rich.d Snowden his Heirs Exe.rs Adm.rs
       and Every of them by these presents and for Divers Good Causes and
       Considerations him the said Benjamin Berry thereunto hath granted
       Bargained Sold Alien.d Infeoffd Released and Confirm.d And
       by these presents Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe & Confirm
       unto the said Rich.d Snowden His Heirs & Assigns forever all that
       peice or parcell of Land Scituate Lying & being in the Baltimore County
       Called or known by the name of Thompsons Choice on the Ridge of
       Gunpowder River Formerly taken up by M.r James Thompson of
       Calvert County Deceased and Afterwards in the Possession of M.r
       Arthur Thompson Brother to the said James Thompson and now in the
       Possession of Benj.a Berry Begining at a Bounded Oak being
       the Northermost bounds of a Tract of Land formerly Laid out
       for Maj.r Nicholas Sewell & Running west five hundred Perches
       to a bounded Oake Standing by the Great Falls Thence North three
       hundred & Twenty perches thence East five hundred Perch.s then with a
       Streight Line to the first Bounded Tree Containing & Laid out for One
       Thousand Acres of Land be the same more or Less Together with
