       Within Deed as his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses w.thin
       Mentioned to be the Right of Rich.d Snowden and his Heirs for

       did Acknowledge the same w.tout any threats or ill Usage from her
       husband Willingly & Freely Before me the Subscriber on of his

Ex.d This Indenture Made the 11.th Day of October in
       the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven
       Between Hugh Conn of Prince Georges County in the Province of
       Maryland of the one part & Tho.s Todd of the said Province & County
       of Baltimore of the other part Witnesseth that the said Hugh
       Conn as well for & in Consideration of ^the Sum of^ five Shill Current money
       of the said Province to the said Hugh Conn in hand well & truly
       Paid by the said Tho.s Todd the receipt whereof the said Hugh
       Conn doth hereby Acknowledge as also for the Natural Love and
       Affection ^which^ the said Hugh Conn hath & doth Bare to the said Tho.s
       Todd his heirs & Assignes forever as also ^for^ divers other Good Causes
       and Valuable Considerations him the said Hugh Conn thereunto
       Especially moving he the said Hugh Conn hath Granted Bargained
       Given Sold Assignes Transferred & Sett over & by these Presents
       doth Grant Bargain give Sell Assigne transfer & Sett over
