                               This Indenture made this eighth day of
       March seventeen Hundred and forty seven Between
       Edward Mobberly of Ann Arundel County Planter of the one
       part and Isaac Plummer of Prince Georges County Planter of
       the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Mobberly for and
       in Consideration of the sum of Eleven pounds Sterling to him in
       hand paid at the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents by
       the said Isaac Plummer the receipt whereof he the said Edward
       Mobberly doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully
       Satisfied and paid thereof and of every part and parcell thereof
       doth Clearly Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Isaac
       Plummer his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for ever Hath given granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened and Confirmed and by these Presents
       doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Give Grant Bargain Sell
       Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Isaac Plummer his
       Heirs and Assigns all that Tract or Parcell of Land Called
       Freedland lying in Prince Georges County Beginning at a
       Bounded Red Oak standing at the Head of a small Draught
       that runs into Hallings River and Running thence South
       Twenty one degrees West forty Perches then South forty degrees
       East Sixty Perches then South Sixty degrees West Sixty Perches
       then North fifty Degrees West Twenty Perches then North twenty
       Degrees West Eighty Perches then North Sixty Degrees East
       Sixty Seven Perches then by a Streight Line to the Beginning
       Tree Containing forty Acres of Land more or less Together
       with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging unto him the said Isaac Plummer his Heirs assigns
       unto the only Proper use and Behoof of the said Isaac Plummer
       his Heirs and assignes for ever and the said Edward Mobberly
       and his Heirs the said forty Acres of Land and every part and
       Parcell thereof unto the said Isaac Plummer and his Heirs in
