       I hereby Certifie that Michael Macnemara as Clerk of the High Court of Appeals did on the twenty
       Ninth day of September One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty nine take the following Oath
       Viz.t You Michael Macnemara do Swear that you will well faithfully and Impartially to the
       Best of your Skill and Knowledge Execute your Office and that you will not Willingly or
       Wittingly Charge, Ask, take Exact or Demand any other or Larger fees for doing your Duty
1 1/2 in your Office than is mentioned in the Act Entituled an Act for Amending the Staple of
        Tobacco for Preventing frauds in his Majestys Customs and for the Limitation of Officers fees
        now in force Given under my Hand this 29.th day of September 1749

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the fourteenth Day of October in the
        thirty fifth Year of the Dominion of the Right Honourable Charles Absolute Lord and
        Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &c.a And
        in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred forty and Nine Between Thomas
        Jones of Somerset County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of the first Part Richard
        Waters of the County and Province of Maryland Merchant of the Second Part And John
        Williams of the County and Province afs.d Merchant of the third Part Witnesseth
        that the said Thomas Jones for the Docking Barring and Cutting off all Estates Tail
        and Remainders in Tail of and in the Messuage Tenement Lands and Hereditaments
        herein after mentioned and for the Setling and Assuring of the same to and for the Uses
        Intents and Purposes herein after Limitted Expressed and Declared and in Consideration
        of five Shillings to him in hand paid by the said Richard Waters the Receipt whereof I
        hereby acknowledged and for divers other good Causes and Considerations him the
       said Thomas Jones in this behalf moving Hath Granted Bargained and Sold
       Released and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain and Sell Release
       and Confirm unto the said Richard Waters and to his Heirs and Assigns for Ever All that
       Tract of Land called Little Bolton lying in Somerset County on the South side of
       Annamesix River and Bounded as followeth Beginning at the Mouth & on the
       Western side of a Creek Issuing out of Annamesix River afs.d called by the Name of [illegible]     
       Creek at the Eastermost End of a Hammock called Eagle Point thence up and with
       the said Creek South thirty degrees Easterly Seventy two Perches thence North Sixty four
       Degrees Easterly forty five Perches thence South Sixty Seven Degrees Easterly twenty one
       Perches thence South forty nine Degrees Easterly forty Perches thence South twenty four
       Degrees Easterly thirty two Perches thence South Seventy Degrees Easterly thirty four
       Perches thence South twenty four Degrees Easterly twenty eight perches thence South
       Eighty one Degrees Easterly twenty Perches thence South twenty four Degrees Westerly
       twenty one Perches thence South twenty three Perches thence South twenty seven degrees
       Easterly forty Eight Perches thence South Seventy four Degrees Easterly forty Eight
       Perches thence South three Degrees Westerly Seventy nine perches to a marked Pine
       sapling being the Antient and Second Bounder standing at the head of a Glade
