Ex.d Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made this Second Day of June in the Year of our
15 s.ds One Thousand seven hundred and fifty Between Kenelm^n^ Trueman Greenfield
       of Saint Marys County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and
       George Maxwell of Charles County in the Province afs.d Merchant of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield for and in Consideration of
       the Sum of Three hundred and fifty Pounds Sterling Lawfull Money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid by the said George Maxwell before the Ensealing and Delivery
       of these Presents the Receipt whereof ^he^ the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield
       doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof doth
       Acquit Release and Discharge the said George Maxwell his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators and every of them for Ever by these Presents he the said Kenelmn
       Trueman Greenfield hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed
       and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Release and
       Confirm unto the said George Maxwell and to his Heirs and Assigns for Ever
       all and Singular the several Tracts and Parcells of Land following all lying
       and being in Saint Marys County afs.d to wit all that Tract or Parcel of Land called
       Trent Neck Containing Six hundred Acres of Land more or less all that other Tract or
       Parcel of Land called the Wedge Containing Seventy five Acres of Land more or less
       all that other Tract or Parcel of Land called Refuse Containing One Hundred
       and forty Acres of Land more or less all that other Tract or Parcel of Land called
       Backland Containing One Hundred and Seventy five Acres more or less all that
       other Tract or Parcel of Land called Suenton Containing One Hundred Acres more or
       less and all that other Tract or Parcel of Land called the Inclosure Containing
       One Hundred and ten Acres of Land more or less all which said Several Tracts or
       Parcels of Land were heretofore on the tenth day of September in the Year of our Lord
       One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen reduced into one Entire Tract or Parcel
       of Land called Trent Neck lying in Saint Marys County afs.d Containing two
       Thousand three hundred fifty and four Acres of Land more or less as by Patent
       of Confirmation Relation being thereunto had fully and at large appears which said
       last Tract or Parcell of Land called Trent Neck Containing two Thousand three hundred
       fifty and four Acres of Land more or less lying and being in Saint Marys County
       he the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield for the Consideration afs.d Hath and
