PROCLAMATION
BY THE GOVERNOR OF MARYLAND

Convening the General Assembly of Maryland in

Extraordinary Session at Annapolis, Maryland

Monday, July 30, 1973, 11:00 A.M.

Pursuant to the powers vested in me, as Governor, by Article II, Section
16, and Article III, Section 14, of the Constitution of Maryland, I, Marvin
Mandel, Governor of the State of Maryland, do hereby proclaim and con-
vene a Special and Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland to commence at 11 o'clock on Monday, July 30, 1973, in
the State Capitol in the City of Annapolis.

GIVEN Under My Hand and The Great Seal of the State of Maryland,
in the City of Annapolis, this 9th Day of April at 2:50 P.M., One Thousand
Nine Hundred Seventy-three.

State of Maryland, to Wit:

This being the day prescribed by the Proclamation of the Governor of
Maryland, for the meeting of the General Assembly of Maryland, in Special
Session, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., Oden Bowie, Secretary of the Senate for
the preceding Session, called the Senate to order.
