       Eighty Three degrees north six perches and halfe westerly
       three perches to a locus Tree thence west fifty Degrees
       north six perches then west Thirty four Degrees northerly
       three perches to a Chesnutt stump then south then
       south seventy Degrees westerly Twenty perches to a
       small Red oak then y.e same Course nineteen perches and three
       quarters to another Red oak then north Thirty Degrees
       westerly ^twenty pches^ to a hicory Tree then the same Course tenn
       perches to a hickory thence North seventy Degrees
       Easterly thirty perches to a poplar standing by the Run
       then down the Runn to y.e first bounds by Estimacon Ten
       Acres being late in the possession ^& property^ of Thomas Reynolds
       lately Dec.d and now in the possession and property of Jn.o
       Dask of the hundred and County afd being vallued by
       Estimacon according to the best of our skill and knowledge
       to the sum of six hundred pounds of Tobacco over and above
       the Annuall Rent of fifteen pence sterl to be paid by
       the occupant of the said Land to John Dash his heirs
       and assigns the ^sd^ land lying on the southwest of the sd
       Runn begining ^by^ by the Runn side opposite to the first
       bound of the Ten Acres af.d thence Runing from the sd
       Run north forty one degrees easterly thirty Two pches
       to a bounded white oak thence Northwest forty three pchs
       to a bounded hickory ^tree^ thence south forty one Degrees westerly
       forty one perches to a bounded white oak by the Run af.d
       thence down the Run to the first bounds afd Containing
       by Estimacon ten acres Being Lands in possession
       and property of of W.m Rosewell late Dec.d and
       vally vallued by Estimacon to the best of our knowledge
       to the sum of three hundred pounds of Tobacco
       over and above the Annuall Rent of six pence sterl
       to be paid by the occupantt of the said Land to the
       said Rosewells heirs and assignes the first Ten Acres
       being part of S.t Clements manner and the other
       ten acres held Emediatly under the Right hon.ble
