       before by these presents granted as aforesaid (the
       Rent and Services from henceforth growing due and
       payable to the Lord or Lords of the fee or fees thereof
       only Excepted and foreprized)  And finally
       the Said Abraham Johns and William Cole
       for themselves their heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs do
       hereby Covenant promise grant and agree
       to and with the said Christopher Goodhand
       his heires Ex.rs Administrators and assignes
       and every of them by these presents that they
       the Said Abraham Johns and William Cole
       and their heires Shall and Will from time
       to time  And Att All times hereafter at the
       Reasonable request Cost and Charges in the
       Law of him the said Christopher Goodhand
       and his heires Make do Seale Acknowledge
       Execute and Suffer or Cause to be made
       done Sealed Acknowledged Executed and
       Suffered All and every such further and
       other ^reasonable^ act and acts thing and things device and
       devises assureance and Conveyances requesitt
       & Necessary In the Law whatsoever for the
       further better and More Pfect Assuring Conveying
       and Sure Making the Aforesaid Lands and
       premises afd with their and every of their
       Appurtences Severall & Respective rights
       Members and Appurtences unto the said Christopher
