       newington in the County of middlesex & be y.e same more or less
       on w.ch s.d Fine or Fines proclamacons shall be had & made    
       according to the statute in that Case made & provided and
       according to the usuall course of fines for assureance of
       Lands in such Cases accustomed w.ch s.d Fine or Fines so
       or in any other maner or at any other time or times
       to be had and levyed and all & every other fine & fines
       had levyed or acknowledged or to be had levyed or acknowledged
       by or between the s.d parties to these presents or either
       of them or unto w.ch they or either of them shall be partie
       or privy shall be and enure and shall be deemed & taken
       to be and enure and are & were meant and intended to
       be and enure and by fee the s.d parties hereto are agreed
       shall be and enure to the onely use and behoofe of the s.d
       John Gooding his heires and assis for ever & to & for no
       other use intent or purpose w.tsoever  And the s.d Tho.s
       Gray for himselfe his heirs Ex.rs and ad.rs doth further
       covenant promise grant and agree to and with the s.d
       John Gooding his heirs & assis by these presents in mann.r
       and for me following (that is to say) That for and notw.thstanding
       any act matter or thing by him the said
       Tho.s Gray his heirs or assis done committed or suffered
       to the Contrary thereof he the s.d Tho.s Gray at y.e time of
       the sealeing and Delivery of these presents is and standeth
       Lawfully and absolutely seized of & in all & singular
       the s.d hereby granted and released or mentioned to be
       granted and released Lands and premisses of a good
       shure lawfull absolute & indefeazible Estate of
       Inheritance in fee simple without any revercon
       or remainder thereof in the crowne & without any
       Condition Trust power of revocacon limitacon of
       any use or uses or any other restraint act matter
       cause or thing whatsoever to alter charge defeat evict
