       Grant   And the said hereby Granted Lands and
       primeses the said Daniel Powell for himself his
       heirs and assignes an all Manner persons claiming
       from by or under him unto the said Peter Galloway
       his heirs and assignes will Warr.t and Defend
       by these psents In Wittness whereof the parties
       to these Indentures have hereunto put their hands
       and Seales the day and Year first above Written
       Signed sealed and Delivered
       in presence of
       Henry Hill
       Samuell Chew                        Dan.ll Powell  (sea)
       of Maidstone
       Richard Hill
                            May the 18.th 1719
             Then Came Before me Daniel Powell party
             to the w.thin Deed and acknowledged the same
       according to Law Likewise came Susannah the wife
